 The customer service team at LOVEFiLM, Europe’s leading film & TV, digital and DVD rental subscription service with over 67,000 titles has been recognised at this year’s KANA CS Summit after winning ‘Customer of the Year’ for its exemplary use of KANA applications and software.

 The award was presented to LOVEFiLM’s UK Customer Service Manager Toni Adams at the annual Boston summit.

LOVEFiLM was awarded for its effective use of both email management application Kana Response and knowledge management tool Kana IQ which is currently being used to help revise the website’s customer help pages. LOVEFiLM also received a nomination for Toni Adams as Project Manager of the Year.

KANA is widely regarded as a leader in customer service solutions for a number of the world’s largest brands.  Its annual Summit and Gala Dinner recognise and award key achievements made by its clients.
