ENTERTAINMENT GIANT LAUNCHES NEW APP ON THE WORLD’S MOST VISITED HOME PAGE
LOVEFiLM, Europe’s largest subscription service streaming movies and TV episodes over the Internet and sending DVDs by post, has announced the launch of a new Yahoo! app allowing members access to top trailers and up-to-date movie news.
Now available to install on the Yahoo! network (see http://pulse.yahoo.com/y/apps/HF9J5t4a/), the app allows users to search and browse through LOVEFiLM’s choice of over 67,000 titles across DVD, Blu-ray and games and will be featured on the Yahoo! UK & Ireland home page from September 16th.
Non-LOVEFiLM members can use the app to stay up-to-date with all the latest movie news, reviews, interviews and trailers. Moreover, existing LOVEFiLM members can link the app to their LOVEFiLM account to receive an overview of their activity as well as personalised movie recommendations.
